All products listed on the Site are sold and labeled For Laboratory Research Use Only (RUO). They are intended exclusively for in vitro analytical, reference, and scientific research applications. The Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
Customer assumes full and sole responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use, and lawful disposal of any product purchased. Customer warrants that products will not be resold, redistributed, repackaged for retail, or used in any application that violates these Terms, the Research-Use-Only classification, or any applicable federal, state, or local law.
Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peppy University, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) Customer’s misuse of any product; (b) Customer’s breach of these Terms; or (c) any administration of a product to humans or animals.
Some features of the Site require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@peppyuniversity.com of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect have been used for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product description errors, limit order quantities, and refuse service to any customer at any time.
Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment instrument and that the information provided is accurate. Sales tax is applied where required by law and calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
Shipping methods, transit times, rates, and delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Title to and risk of loss for the products pass to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Except for product-specific certificates of analysis (COAs) provided with each lot, products and the Site are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peppy University disclaims all warranties including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. No oral or written information or advice given by Peppy University or its representatives creates a warranty.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Peppy University, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or personal injury — arising out of or relating to the Site, the products, or these Terms, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if Peppy University has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any event, Peppy University’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a product or the Site shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months preceding the event.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The parties agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the products shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Clark County, Nevada (Las Vegas). The parties expressly waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Effective date” above will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by posting a prominent notice on the Site or, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Peppy University regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
