Orders are processed from our facility at 5501 East Harmon Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89122, Monday through Saturday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most orders placed before 1:00 PM PT ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PT, on Sundays, or on holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.
Peppy University currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes for express services, or to international destinations at this time.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier capacity, or address issues are outside our control.
Lyophilized peptide reference standards are stable for transit at ambient temperature for the standard delivery window. Items that require refrigerated shipping are packed with insulated liners and gel packs at no additional charge. We recommend selecting Expedited or Overnight service for any temperature-sensitive order placed during periods of extreme heat (June–September) or extreme cold (December–February).
A tracking number is emailed once the carrier scans your package. You may also view live tracking from your My Account page under Orders. If you have not received a tracking email within two business days of order confirmation, please contact support@peppyuniversity.com.
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with your neighbors, building manager, and household members. If the package is still missing after 48 hours from the marked delivery time, contact our support team. We will assist with a carrier investigation and, where appropriate, file an insurance claim.
If your order arrives with visible external damage or compromised packaging, please photograph the outer box and contents before opening further and email the images to support@peppyuniversity.com within 5 business days of delivery. Damaged-in-transit claims received after that window cannot be honored.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Packages returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrect address will be reshipped at the customer’s expense after the address is corrected.
Orders may be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement by emailing support@peppyuniversity.com with your order number in the subject line. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be changed or canceled and must be handled under our Refund and Return Policy after delivery.
Applicable U.S. state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. Because we currently ship only within the United States, no customs duties, import VAT, or international taxes apply.
We do not ship to addresses in jurisdictions where the sale or import of research chemicals is restricted by local or state law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where the destination is determined to be restricted, and a full refund will be issued in such cases.
